Refund Policy

At Optimal Fitness, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Downloadable or digital products

3. Dropshipping & Fulfilment

Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. As a result, return shipping may need to be sent directly to the supplier's warehouse. We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@optimalfitness.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched by our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
